Order Processing

Orders placed online are typically dispatched within 24 hours (1 working day) of being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery dates may vary depending on your location.

Upon receiving your package, please inspect the contents alongside the enclosed receipt. Occasionally, environmentally-friendly packing material may cover smaller items, so double-check all packaging.

If there is a discrepancy or missing item, contact Customer Services within 24 hours at admin@worldwidehealthcenter.net.

If any product arrives damaged, please take clear photo evidence and send it with a description of the issue to admin@worldwidehealthcenter.net within 24 hours of receipt.

📷 Photo evidence is required for insurance claims and replacements.

RETURNS POLICY

At Worldwide Health Center, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Due to the nature of our products (nutritional supplements), we do not accept returns. This is a safety measure to ensure:

  • Products have not been tampered with.
  • Storage conditions (temperature, humidity) remain controlled post-shipping.

As with supermarkets, once a consumable item leaves our fulfillment centers, it cannot be returned.
